环氧地坪涂料业发展有着3个转折点:即绿色环保涂料、绿色环保工程、绿色环保服务,简称“三绿环保”。环氧树脂涂料特别是环氧地坪涂料,在很多建筑应用上是“三绿环保”的首选产品。从20世纪90年代初开始,世界发达国家进行了“绿色革命”,促进了涂料工业的发展向“绿色”涂料方向大步迈进。以工业防腐涂料为例,在北美1992年常规溶剂型涂料占49%,到2000年降为26%;水性涂料、高固体份涂料、光固化涂料和粉末涂料由1992年的51%上升到2002年的74%。在欧洲常规溶剂型涂料由1992年的49%将降到2002年的27%;而水性涂料、高固体涂料、光固化涂料和粉末涂料将由1992年的51%增长到2002年的73%。重防腐涂料正沿着高性能、高效率、低能耗和低污染的方向前进。良好的高耐蚀性树脂和新型颜料、填料的开发是重防腐涂料发展的关键,对涂覆基体进行认真的表面清理是重防腐涂料达到使用寿命的基础,科学的涂装设计要求、涂料配套方案、涂装施工技术、严格的质量检测和维护管理是实现重防腐涂料防腐效果的保证。

Heavy duty anticorrosive coatings are advancing in the direction of high performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption and low pollution. The key to the development of heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings is the development of good high-anticorrosive resins, new pigments and fillers. Serious surface cleaning of the coating matrix is the basis for the service life of heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings. Scientific painting design requirements, coating matching schemes, painting construction technology, strict quality inspection and maintenance management are the guarantee of the anticorrosive effect of heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings.
正因为环氧地坪其本身的物理机械性能、耐腐蚀性能及粘接性能的稳定性,从而已经被广泛应用于化工、电子、轻工、航工、机械、交通、汽车等工业领域,对国民经济发展起着极其重要的作用。而今后在我国进入中等发达国家的进程中,它们的应用将远远大于目前的规模。

中国环氧树脂行业协会专家称,工业环氧地坪涂料一般常用环氧树脂涂料和聚氨脂涂料,这2类涂料都具有良好耐化学品性、耐磨损和耐机械冲击性能,但由于水泥地面是易吸潮的多孔性材料,对潮湿容忍性差的聚氨酯施工时易引起层间剥离、小泡等弊病,固粘结性、耐磨性不如环氧地坪的涂料。
Experts from China Epoxy Resin Industry Association said that epoxy resin coatings and polyurethane coatings are commonly used in industrial floor coatings. These two kinds of coatings have good chemical resistance, wear resistance and mechanical impact resistance. However, because cement floor is a porous material which is easy to absorb moisture, polyurethane with poor wet tolerance can easily cause defects such as interlayer peeling and bubbles during construction, such as bonding and resistance. The abrasiveness is not as good as that of epoxy floor coatings.
