第一个方面：环氧地坪漆品种选购。都是根据不同的施工环境相应设置而成的，具有很强的针对性，如：防滑，耐磨等。环氧地坪漆色彩丰富，鲜亮饱满，不易变色。也可以考虑选购带有这种特性的环氧地坪漆。没有不想施工简便的工程，普通水泥环氧地坪进行数次涂抹，施工完毕后数天内即可通行使用。在水泥地面的基础上，使用环氧地坪材料可以增强水泥地面的附着性，耐磨性，令地面更加坚固，效果也更好。耐化学品性需要良好，在使用过程中会接触的化学介质种类、浓度及接触时间。基材状况决定平整度外观、地坪涂层越厚，平整度越好。依据施工环境及要求选用相应的地坪漆种，如：停车场施工，要选购带有防滑性能的环氧地坪漆。对洁净有要求的场所，一般选用自流平地坪，该漆厚度能保证施工质量。环氧地坪在使用过程要经受车辆行走，要考虑其冲击性能，遭受何种程度磨损。

On the basis of cement ground, the use of floor materials can enhance the adhesion and wear resistance of cement ground, make the ground more solid and have better effect. Good chemical resistance is required. The type, concentration and contact time of the chemical medium will be contacted during the use. The condition of the substrate determines the appearance of the evenness, the thicker the floor coating is, the better the flatness is. According to the construction environment and requirements, choose the appropriate floor paint, such as: parking lot construction, choose epoxy floor paint with anti-skid performance. Generally, the self leveling floor is selected for the sites with clean requirements, and the thickness of the paint can ensure the quality of the construction. The epoxy flooring is subject to vehicle running in the use process, and its impact performance and the degree of wear and tear should be considered.

第二个方面：施工经验。环氧地坪漆在建筑行业的施工，少不了混泥土和旧地面这两大因素的应用。若处理不当，将影响施工的进展和效果。因此地坪漆施工前，必须要做两件事情:施工前要检查已经使用过的旧地面，有无破损，有的话要及时修补。去除蜡层、油类污染、化学腐蚀介质和旧涂层。混凝土主要是由水泥、砂、石、灰泥等组成的，吸水率大、碱性强、干燥慢。新浇注混凝土的表面泛碱物和吸水率是影响涂装质量的关键，所以，在涂装前要将表面泛碱物要彻底清除，必要时做中和处理，以便工程顺利开展。

Second aspects: construction experience. The construction of epoxy floor paint in the construction industry is indispensable to the application of the two major factors, namely, the concrete and the old ground. Improper handling will affect the progress and effect of construction. Therefore, before the construction of floor paint, two things must be done: before the construction, we should check the old ground that has been used, whether there is damage or not, and if so, we should repair it in time. Remove wax layer, oil contamination, chemical corrosion medium and old coating. Concrete is mainly composed of cement, sand, stone, mortar and so on. It has high water absorption, strong alkalinity and slow drying. Surface pan-alkali and water absorption of newly poured concrete are the key factors affecting the quality of coating. Therefore, before coating, surface pan-alkali should be thoroughly removed and neutralized when necessary, so as to smooth the project.
