1、基础处理:采用打磨机对浮物,凹凸不平的地面进行深度打磨,清理灰尘杂物,如果凹入太深的区域用中涂层材料加石英砂修补,找平,固化后再进行底涂层施工;

2、底涂层:用树脂胶料加适量稀释剂滚涂一遍,增加附着力以及封闭基础地面的潮气,水气,避免基础层与环氧涂层起壳,脱层;

4、腻子层:用环氧防腐中涂材料调配石英砂或双飞粉刮批腻子层,按需要施工二至三道,要求达到平整无孔洞、以利面涂施工;

6、在玻纤防腐地坪施工过程中,注意材料调配的比例,还有搅拌材料的手法和搅拌的时间,避免防腐材料在加入助剂时产生化学反应出现大量气泡,增加施工难度,还要花大量的时间用带齿滚洞消泡,还有一种情况就是,在搅拌材料时不均匀,涂刷后才产生气泡,待固化就会影面层的表面效果;

7、面漆施工:将调配好的面漆用镘刀或滚筒均匀涂布,完工后整体地面光亮洁净,颜色均一,无空鼓;
